How to Use:

For Bath Soaking: Add a desired amount of salts to warm water. Allow the minerals and essential oils to dissolve before soaking. Relax and unwind for 15-20 minutes.

For Foot Soaking: Add 2 tablespoons of salts to a basin of warm water. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes to help soften and refresh tired feet.  

For Shower Aromatherapy: Sprinkle a small amount of salts onto the shower floor away from direct water flow. Allow the steam and warm water to activate the aromatic blend for a calming shower ritual.
